FOUNDER & MANAGING DIRECTOR

Abhijit Chanda is a voice-over artist, anchor, musician, podcaster, and communications professional with over twenty-five years of experience across media, storytelling, brand communications, and content production.

He’s lent his voice to big names like Discovery Channel, The History Channel, NDTV, Tata Power, Adani Connex and been an anchor for videos by Embibe, ONDC, and Hindustan Times, among others.

Besides holding an MA in Professional Writing from University College Falmouth, UK, he’s also passionately been playing bass with Delhi-based grunge/alt-metal band Distill for over a decade.

As a musician, a podcaster and a content creator in his own rite, he wanted to create a space where musicians and content creators could realise their creative visions. In June 2025, he opened the doors of Elf Studios and, a year later, of Elf Jampad.

PRODUCER, FIRST ENGINEER & HEAD OF OPERATIONS

A Vocalist, Voice Actor, Composer, Producer and Audio Engineer who’s traversed various roles and been an active part of the changing tapestry of the music industry over the past 20 years, Prachi has balanced being a performing artist in various bands and a music business pioneer having worked with every major Indie artist in the scene. 

She pursued a Masters in Composing for Film and Screen and specialised in Music and Culture at the prestigious Glasgow School of Art, where she also conducted Pre-doctoral research in music and emotion and assisted in developing soundscapes for slowing the early onset of Dementia and Alzheimer's disease in collaboration with the Neurosciences department of The University of Strathclyde.

With supplemental study in Music Business Management, she built a diverse portfolio in Events and Artist relations - From being Cultural Head for almost every major venue in New Delhi, Head of Artist Management for Ziro festival, North India head for AKAI pro-audio gear, to a peer mentor -  she now applies her multi-faceted bank of knowledge to run operations for Elf, in addition to being the in-house producer and first engineer.

As a musician, while her personal composition style for her experimental, cinematic post-rock electronic project, Zun, is emotive and experiential, her approach to music production for clients involves a non-formula based creative direction that is unique to every song, irrespective of genre.

CHIEF RECORDING & MIX ENGINEER | DOLBY SPECIALIST

Anubhav Verma is a recording and mix engineer specializing in stereo and Dolby Atmos music production. Professionally trained in immersive audio, he completed his internship at Dolby Laboratories Mumbai, where he gained hands-on experience with industry-standard Dolby Atmos workflows and music production practices.

His experience includes working with acclaimed artists such as Darshan Raval, King, Divine, Vasundhara Vee, Madhur Sharma, and many other musicians. From recording sessions to stereo and immersive mixing, his focus is on creating emotionally engaging and technically refined listening experiences that serve the artist's vision.

With a strong interest in both the technical and creative aspects of storytelling, Anubhav approaches audio as more than just sound. Alongside his work as an engineer, he is passionate about songwriting, field recording, photography, sketching, and other visual forms of storytelling — interests that shape the way he crafts immersive experiences through music.

PRODUCER & CONTENT STRATEGIST

Tushar Gaurav is a Delhi-based video editor, cinematographer, and content strategist with 4+ years of experience crafting high-impact visual content. He has collaborated with some of India's most recognised artists and brands, bringing a rare blend of creative instinct and technical precision to every project. His work has clocked over 1M combined views across platforms, consistently delivering content that stops the scroll — from music video production and live event coverage to social media content designed for real engagement.

Cinesky is a collective of visionary cinematographers, photographers, and editors dedicated to capturing the raw energy and authentic emotion of a moment, whether guided by the spontaneity of the event or the specific vision of the client. Versatility is the team’s hallmark; they thrive in the intensity of live concerts, the intimacy of weddings, the depth of podcasts, and everything in between.

Their lens has travelled across the country, documenting unforgettable events at iconic venues like The Cathedral Church of Redemption (Delhi), Alsisarmahal (Jaipur), Mayfair (Odisha), Hridayesh Resort (Jim Corbett), and the vibrant stages of The Piano Man Eldeco and Depot 48. The team has had the privilege of collaborating with personalities such as Udit Rajput, Mihir Pratiksha, Divyansh Himangi, and many others.

As the production heartbeat of Elf Studios, Cinesky handles the full spectrum of videography and editing. From podcast production to capturing the behind-the-scenes energy of musicians and bands recording or rehearsing in Elf Jampad, Cinesky ensures every project—including all social media content—is crafted to captivate.
